Registration is Still Open for the IDNR's "Illinois Birds" ENTICE
Workshop at Dickson Mounds Museum

Do you teach about birds? If so, you'll want to attend the FREE
"Illinois Birds" ENTICE (Environment and Nature Training Institute for
Conservation Education) workshop on February 26, 2005, from 8:00 a.m. -
4:00 p.m. at the Dickson Mounds Museum in Lewistown. Educators of grades
four through six will learn general information about Illinois bird
species, including their life history and roles in the ecosystem.
Identification skills discussed will be put into practice on the bird
observation hike (weather permitting). A large variety of classroom
materials and resources will be provided. Continuing Professional
Development Units are available for teachers.
