Register now for the new online Project Learning Tree workshop!
Sponsored cooperatively by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources
and the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS), this class is open
to all educators. You do not need to enroll at UIS to participate. All
work is done online. Weekly assignments are completed at your
convenience to meet the due dates.

Participants will experience five activities from Project Learning
Tree, an award-winning, supplemental education program about trees,
forests and the environment, as well as learning about Illinois'
woodland resources. After successfully completing the seven-week online
session, you will be mailed the Project Learning Tree activity guide for
grades Pre-K through eight. The guide contains more than 90 activities,
all correlated to the Illinois Learning Standards. Teachers may receive
10 Continuing Professional Development Units. 

All registration must be completed at
http://www.ilcf.org/Workshop/Courses.asp. There is a $50.00
